Privacy Policy for c0dedr1ft apps

At c0dedr1ft, your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information our applications (“Apps”) handle, how it is stored, and your rights regarding your information.

1. Information We Collect

  • We do not collect, receive, store, or process any personal information on our own servers.

  • All data you create in the Apps — including itineraries, events, notes, locations, and attachments — is stored locally on your device.

  • If you enable iCloud features, your data is stored in your personal Apple iCloud account using Apple’s CloudKit infrastructure. We do not have access to this data.

2. iCloud Sync, Backup, and Restore

If you choose to enable iCloud:

  • Your data is securely stored in your own Apple iCloud account.

  • Syncing and backups are handled entirely by Apple.

  • Data is encrypted in transit and at rest according to Apple’s security architecture.

  • We do not access, view, or retain your iCloud data.

Use of iCloud is subject to Apple’s terms and privacy policies.

3. Sharing Itineraries

The Apps allow you to share itineraries with people you invite via iCloud.

  • Shared data is stored within Apple’s iCloud infrastructure.

  • Access is limited to the Apple IDs you explicitly invite.

  • You control whether collaborators have read-only or read-write access.

  • You may revoke access at any time.

We do not receive or store information about your collaborators beyond what is required for Apple’s sharing mechanism to function.

4. How We Use Your Data

  • The Apps are designed solely for your personal travel planning.

  • We do not analyze your content, profile users, serve advertisements, use tracking technologies, sell data, or monetize personal information in any way.

  • All processing occurs either locally on your device or within your personal iCloud account.

5. Data Sharing

  • We do not sell, trade, or transmit your data to third parties.

  • Data is only transmitted:

    • To Apple iCloud if you enable sync or sharing.

    • When you explicitly export data (for example, in CSV or PDF format).

    • When you explicitly share an itinerary via iCloud.

6. Data Security

  • The security of your data depends on the security of your device, your Apple ID, and Apple’s iCloud infrastructure (if enabled).

  • We recommend using strong Apple ID credentials, two-factor authentication, and device-level protections such as passcodes or biometric authentication.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our Apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date at the top of this page.
