Terms of Use for c0dedr1ft Apps

Welcome to c0dedr1ft (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile applications (“Apps”). By downloading, accessing, or using our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Apps.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use our Apps. By using the Apps, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Apps for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Apps for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Apps.

  • Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Apps.

  • Circumvent any protections built into the Apps.

You are solely responsible for the content you create, store, or share using the Apps.

4. Privacy

Your use of the Apps is governed by our Privacy Policy.

In summary:

  • We do not collect or process your personal data on our own servers.

  • Data you create is stored locally on your device.

  • If you enable iCloud features, data is stored in your personal Apple iCloud account.

  • We do not access, monitor, or control your iCloud data.

5. iCloud and Sharing Features

The Apps may offer optional iCloud sync, backup, restore, and sharing functionality.

If you enable these features:

  • Data is transmitted to and stored within Apple’s iCloud infrastructure.

  • Sharing is conducted using Apple’s systems and is limited to the Apple IDs you invite.

  • You are responsible for managing collaborator access and permissions.

  • We are not responsible for the availability, security, or operation of Apple’s services.

Use of iCloud is subject to Apple’s terms and policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality in the Apps (including text, graphics, logos, and software code) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use them except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Apps are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available on all devices or cloud services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Apps or third-party services integrated into the Apps. Your sole remedy is to discontinue using the Apps.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Apps at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the Apps.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date above. Continued use of the Apps after changes indicates your acceptance.
